Staying in real estate for six to seven years also means that profits are high, returns are positive and so on. Real estate is tangible and they are very medium in risk factors. Real estate division of business is always a hot cake for many investors globally. This is due to many facts, the main reason being that this sector is so 'real' and it proffers the benefit of touching and experiencing the advantages of the real estate profits. The annual growth of 30% also has led many to lead their faith and belief on this realty sector. Many institutions and monetary fund banks also support this view.
