This is exciting news for Bay Area residents; a bipartisan economic stimulus plan will include tax refunds starting from $600 to $1200 and a huge relief for Bay Area residents who are seeking to purchase a home or refinance the existing mortgage. This plan will provide individuals who paid income taxes a rebate ranging $300 to $600 provided if their income is lesser than $87,000.
As for couples who earn less than $174,000 will get up to $1,200, plus $300 for every child. Apart from this, the package will significantly lower the rate of mortgages less than $729,000 and there will be an influential increase in affordability homes throughout North California, which will be potentially saving people from foreclosures.
