Lease
It is a written contract between an owner and a tenant giving a period of tenancy of a property under exact terms and conditions.
Leasehold
The right to use and have elite possession (but not rights) of real estate for a particular period and subject to the execution of some conditions as recorded in a lease agreement.
Lessee
Any person leasing a real estate property.
Lessor
Any person who is the owner of a property, which is leased to another person. Top
